During this time, you may be having a lot of feelings. Remember our Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust Characters? Every day is full of emotions, but if those emotions become too strong-- remember that you have tools to help you calm down! Below I have put a few videos, and activities to help you calm down if one of those BIG feelings are taking over. Also, if you would like some more activities please join Miss Smith's counseling google classroom! Ask your teacher for the code :)
